Greetings!

    Welcome to 2021!

Well, I know it has been a while since I posted but we have been busy. This year has been a challenge for so many people. Many of the proud members of Screwball Kitchen work for a living as best as they can and some of our Screwballs work in healthcare. We have had some of ours diagnosed with COVID-19 and later recovered. Sadly, we have lost a cousin to the dreadful virus.

    Most of us are trying to stay out of the way and maintain that 6-foot social distance but it is difficult keeping everyone in the bubble. Trips to the store can be deadly if you are not careful. Oh, and the schools! The kids and the E-learning along with the on again/off again in-school attendance is enough to drive everyone nuts. Our disabled Uncle Bob is locked down in the assisted living facility. He got so bored he started talking to strangers online and got hacked. Something to keep an eye on as we all dive into our screens.

    This has been a tough year. It just keeps getting tougher. Hang in there! Help each other out if you can and keep everyone in your bubble safe! Talk to your kids and your seniors and each other!  Please try to remember that we are all humans, and we are all in this together.
